Our Philosophy

We believe that employment is the key to self-sufficiency in the 21st Century and that self-sufficiency is the ultimate measure of social responsibility.

We also believe that employment is a mainstream function in most developed and developing countries in the sense that it reflects the dominant values, beliefs and behavioral norms of that country.

In order for marginalized youth to become self-sufficient and socially responsible members of the mainstream society in their countries, they must become employable, and in order to do that, they must first choose to adopt the mainstream’s values, beliefs and behavioral norms. Our mission is directed toward helping marginalized youth make that choice.
